Dynamically loading Plopp Sketches into Opensim

With the KindlelabSolo project goals clearly defined we are shifting gears to a few functions. One of the first being the ability to dynamically loading Plopp Sketches (Plopp allows kids to easily create simple sketch based 3D models) into Opensim much like dynamic textures can be rendeded onto surfaces using OsSetDynamicTextureURL
